# SDKs Revamped (/docs/learn/whats-new/sdks-revamped)

We rebuilt the SDKs around developer feedback: clearer type definitions, better documentation, and a more predictable shape for integrating them into your applications. Some highlights:

* **Improved documentation**: Detailed guides, code samples, and API references, reorganized so you can find things by task.
* **Streamlined type definitions**: These include minor true-ups such as renaming `setting` to `settings` as well as adding new top-level fields for user-submitted values and other important metadata.
* **data attributes**: Both templates and envelopes now allow developers to store arbitrary application-provided data with these objects, making it much easier to correlate Verdocs objects with your applications' data.
