## POST /v2/templates/{template_id}/feedback

`POST https://api.verdocs.com/v2/templates/{template_id}/feedback`

### Path parameters

- `template_id` (string, uuid, required): The template ID the feedback refers to.

### Request body

Content type `application/json`, required. Body Parameters.

- `comments` (string, required): Feedback body, max 4000 chars.
- `source` (string): The part of the app the feedback came from, e.g. "field-suggestions". Max 64 characters.
- `page` (integer): The page the sender was viewing (1-based).
- `page_count` (integer): Total pages in the template's documents.
- `scroll_percent` (number): How far down the document the sender had scrolled, from 0 to 100.
- `viewport` (string): Browser viewport size, e.g. "1440x900".
- `screen` (string): Screen size, e.g. "2560x1440".
- `zoom` (number): Zoom level of the document view, e.g. 1.25.
- `language` (string): Browser language, e.g. "en-US".
- `url` (string): URL of the page the feedback came from.
