Based on customer feedback, we have re-activated the collection of SSN-Last-4 during KBA workflows. This can significantly increase matching accuracy when authenticating recipients, reduce matching costs, and may be required in some workflows.
Developers do not need to do anything to accommodate this change. The KBA Dialog component will automatically collect and process the field.
